Rather than rushing toward quick answers or endless planning, NovaPoppy encourages curiosity, experimentation, and thoughtful action. We believe building a business is both a creative practice and a strategic one.
Hi, I’m Ann.
For more than 25 years, I’ve helped people unlock their creativity—as an art museum educator, university instructor, and design thinking expert. I developed and taught Fostering Creativity at the University of Colorado Denver, blending creative thinking with real-world strategy.
I earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where I focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and the future of AI.
NovaPoppy brings together my experience in creativity, business strategy, and AI to help early-stage women founders build something bold, inspiring, and true to their vision.
When I’m not building NovaPoppy, you’ll often find me gardening, playing in the community orchestra, exploring the mountains of northern Utah with my husband and daughter, or spending time with our Corgi and two kitties. Nature, art, and new experiences continue to inspire me every day.
